Masanori Tsuzuki was an anime only character. He was a fellow student in Chibiusa's art class. Chibiusa had a crush on him, and had baked him an apple pie, but he was more interested in Michiru who was using the next room over from the art class. When Chibiusa defended him against Eudial who had come to steal his pure heart crystal he began liking Chibiusa instead. The two agreed to be on a first name basis with each other when the battle was over, indicating that they had become better friends.
