Dark Thunder was the attack used by Petz, in which she fired a blast of black lightning at her target. This attack was roughly equivalent to Sailor Jupiter's Sparkling Wide Pressure attack. Petz only called the name of the attack when she was wielding the Black Moon Stick.
In the game Sailor Moon: Another Story, Marduk was able to use this attack as well as Petz.
