Barbara Radecki

Barbara Radecki is a voice and live-action actress who played Michelle Kaio/Sailor Neptune, Serena's mother, Queen Serenity, and several other minor roles in the English dub of the Sailor Moon anime. Her other roles include Sherry in Alice Blue, Debbie Bronte in Getting Along Famously, and Mrs. Samuel Fisher in Dead Husbands (in which David Huband, the voice of Serena's father also appeared).
