Yohei Obayashi (大林洋平), born July 29, 1976, in Tokyo, Japan, is a voice actor who played Artemis in Sailor Moon Crystal during the first three seasons. His other anime roles include Baritone in Suite Pretty Cure♪ and Morgany in Beast Saga.
