Venus Star Power, Make Up was the second transformation phrase that Minako Aino used to transform into Sailor Venus.

Anime[edit]
This transformation was very similar to Sailor Venus' previous transformation with very few differences, the main one being that the Venus symbol appeared behind her at the end of the transformation. In this transformation, Minako would hold up her hand as a stream of golden stars swirled around it, alighting on her fingernails and turning them orange. Her Star Power Stick appeared, spinning, and as she took hold of it the Venus symbol inside the star began to spin. She held up the Stick, and long banners of golden stars emitted from it and swirled around her body, eventually forming a spiral. The stars sank to the ground, but then rushed upwards again, completely covering Minako's body. Sailor Venus then finished with her final pose.
Sailor Moon Crystal[edit]
In the Sailor Moon Crystal version of this transformation that first appeared in Act 15, Minako held up her Star Power Stick and turned her hand as golden stars streamed into the star on top of the Stick, making the star glow with golden light and the Venus symbol appear inside. She let go of the Stick and made it spin as stars alighted on her fingernails, turning them yellow. The star on top of the Stick glowed brighter, then Minako flicked it to make it spin before taking hold of it. She held the Stick over her head and began to spin, then stopped to stretch out her arm in front of herself as a long golden ribbon emitted from the Stick. She slid her arm into the spiraling ribbon and turned as it wrapped around her entire body, then raised her arms to cross her wrists above her head. She drew her arms back down, and in a flash of light the ribbons disappeared while golden stars rushed upward from an expanding circle at Sailor Venus' feet as she appeared in full sailor fuku. She turned around and her planetary symbol glowed on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Sailor Venus then turned around once more and finished with her final pose.

- In the anime, this was Sailor Venus' last transformation into her original sailor fuku.
