Uranus Planet Power, Make Up was the first (and in the anime, only) command Haruka Tenou used to transform into Sailor Uranus.
Anime[edit]
In the version of this transformation that appeared in the anime, Haruka's Lip Rod would first appear, its Uranus symbol glowing, and she took hold of it with her nails colored dark blue. She swept the Lip Rod in a cirle around herself, making a glowing golden circle appear at her feet; she then wrapped her arms around herself as a swirling column of energy rushed up around her and her leotard appeared. Sailor Uranus then appeared in full sailor fuku, her lip gloss appearing as a swirl of bubbles brushed her lips, and finished in her final pose.
Sailor Moon Crystal[edit]
In the Sailor Moon Crystal version of this transformation, the Uranus symbol appeared and Haruka thrust her hand into the air, shouting "Uranus Planet Power, Make...." Golden stars flashed over her fingernails, turning them gold, as white rose petals drifted by. She called out "Up," raising her right arm, as red rose petals floated around her. She swept yellow energy about herself and a glowing circle appeared at her feet; she then wrapped her arms around herself as a swirling column of yellow energy rushed up around her and her leotard, collar, skirt, back bow, and choker appeared, closely followed by her gloves and shoes. Sailor Uranus then appeared in full sailor fuku, her planetary symbol glowing on her forehead before being hidden as her tiara appeared. Her lip gloss appeared as glitter brushed her lips, and she finished in her final pose.
