U Country

U Country (Ｕ国), also known as Yuberia (ユベリア), was a country that existed in the manga and anime. The exact location of the country was never stated, but it had an embassy in Minato-ku, Tokyo.

In the short story "Chapter 1 Beware of the Transfer Student," Lilica Hubert lived at the embassy with her mother. Her classmates said that she was the daughter of the U Country ambassador, though it was unknown whether the ambassador, who never appeared in the story, was her mother or her father. The embassy had a reputation among the local children for being a scary place.

In the SuperS special "Chibiusa's Adventure! The Dreaded Vampire Castle," Lilica lived at the embassy of Yuberia, which was similarly rumored to be haunted. Her classmates presumed her father to be an embassy worker, though neither of Lilica's parents were shown.
