Tomoko Inami (藺波知子), born July 4, 1979, in Tochigi, Japan, was the seventh actress to play Michiru Kaiou/Sailor Neptune and the first actress to play Mistress 9 in the Sailor Moon musicals. She was first cast as Mistress 9 in Mugen Gakuen - Mistress Labyrinth, and replaced Yuuka Asami as Sailor Neptune in its revision. Her final show was Kakyuu-Ouhi Kourin in 2004.
Tomoko was the third longest-running Sailor Neptune.
Since leaving the Sailor Moon musicals, Tomoko has performed in several other stage productions and various TV shows.
