Talk:Junketsu no Narcissism

This page really should be named Junketsu no Narcissism. That's what the word is meant to be and the accepted translation of it. Narushizumu, even while it looks like it's missing a syllable, is the romaji for narcissism. (This unsigned comment was left by Princessnekosama, July 4, 2009)

Hate to bring up a two year old issue but

Narcissism and Narcism are pronounced differently. Narcissism is much closer to the Japanese and is more widely accepted in english... Narcism would be more like ナルシゼム than ナルシズム. ...not this again. No. "Narcism" is three syllables, nahr-siz-uhm, which sounds an awful lot like ナルシズム to me. "Narcissism" is four syllables, nahr-suh-siz-em. The lyricist is writing in Japanese not English. The romanization of the word has got nothing to do with whoever wrote it unless they wrote NARCISM/NARCISSISM out in Roman letters. Bleh, whatever, my reason was that this is the next song i was going to translate it and the way they pronounce it in the Japanese doesn't sound much like "Narcism", besides this is the only place I've actually seen it spelt "Junketsu no Narcism", other websites seem to prefer "Narcissism or Narushizumu".... I'm not sure where you're looking - this is the spelling I've always seen on myu websites. I've asked a neutral third party (who is a Japanese translator) and I'll go with what she says.

Is it supposed to sound a little nonsensical? Lines like "This present body hides the moment of illusions" and "We shall sing to include the only path" don't... really parse. Its a very weird song, probably one of the weirdest, worse than Chikyuuiro wa Salad Time (they seem to give Marina alot of nonsense hyper songs... ) There is no context given, it seems to be just yelling and running around. "This present body" is a really strange word =\ Its a Buddhist term derived from the previous "This present world".

Should really be the "a moment's illusions"
