Starlights Royal Straight Flush was an attack peformed by Sailor Kakyuu in the manga and Crystal.
To perform this attack in the manga, Sailor Kakyuu called upon the power of the Sailor Starlights, then summoned cards which could be thrown at the enemy to harm them.
In the animated version of this attack, Sailor Kakyuu moved her left hand in a circle around herself, as cards appeared from her palm. Two rings made of cards then surrounded her, as she lifted her arms in the air, crossing them at her wrists. A third ring of cards then also started surrounding her, and the star piece of her tiara flashed with red light. Sailor Kakyuu then flung out her arm, sending forth multiple rows of cards to destroy the fake copies of the Garden Crystal.
