Sailor Moon Sailor Stars: Fuwa Fuwa Panic 2 was a video game for the Sufami Turbo add-on system to the Super Famicom console, which was released on September 27, 1996 in Japan by Bandai. It was a sequel to Sailor Moon SuperS: Fuwa Fuwa Panic.
The object of this game was to defeat the opponent by popping balloons arranged above the character's head. The gameplay was similar to the original game, but not identical. Tuxedo Mask was the referee as in the original game, but during the game, the Sailor Senshi characters could receive help from Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, who would pop six ballons with hearts fired from her scepter. There was a puzzle mode, a versus mode and a story mode.
In the puzzle mode, the player had to pop the ballons with a given amount of shots in several pre-determined scenarios, each of which was presented to the player by Diana.
In the versus mode, the player could play as any of the Inner Senshi or any of the three Sailor Starlights. Sailor Chibi Moon could be unlocked as a playable character with a cheat code. The player could play against the computer or another person.
In the story mode, the playable characters were the same as in the two-player mode, and the object was first to defeat all other playable characters. Sailor Chibi Moon appeared as the penultimate boss, and a clone of the player's Senshi character as the final boss. If all these opponents were defeated, Sailor Saturn would appear to congratulate the player.
