Rikoukeidar was the fifth of the Seven Great Youma, reincarnated as Reika Nishimura. She was released after Zoisite removed the Blue Rainbow Crystal from Reika's body. Rikoukeidar attacked by throwing vials that would explode, releasing fast-growing protists that would swarm her target. She also possessed a flask that could capture and then rebound attacks, as she did with Sailor Jupiter's Supreme Thunder attack.
