Reci was a Cardian released by Ail and An with the mission of gathering energy from humans in order to revive the Makaiju. She attacked people attending the flower-gazing festival in Tokyo, including all of the Sailor Senshi, Naru, Gurio, and Haruna Sakurada. She could drain energy by looking directly into the eyes of her target, at which point hers would start flashing red and a tall column of light would engulf the target, draining the energy out of them.
Reci was very fast and could cloak herself within the trees. She could also transform her hands into something like a mass of vines covered with cherry blossoms, which she used to fire blasts of explosive cherry blossom petals. When she became angry, her nails turned pink and metallic, ready to swipe her opponents.

- Her initial appearance and makeup were similar to those of a woman from the Heian Period of Japan.
