Rangy was a Daimon which hatched, unsupervised, from a Daimon Egg left over after the destruction of Mugen Academy. She started out as an undifferentiated Daimon, and soon fused with the Daimon microwave that the Witches 5 had once used.
Rangy began collecting Pure Hearts from anyone in sight, not knowing that the rest of the Death Busters had already been defeated. She was later defeated by Sailor Moon's Moon Spiral Heart Attack.

- "Rangy" is a pun for "renji" (レンジ), i.e. microwave oven, in which Rangy's Daimon Egg was hatched.
