Naoki Tatsuta

Naoki Tatsuta (龍田直樹), born September 8, 1950, in Iwade, Naga, Wakayama, Japan, is a voice actor who played some minor roles in the SuperS season of the Sailor Moon anime. His other anime roles include Oolong in Dragon Ball, Kazuya Hatta in Kimagure Orange Road, and Capone Bege and Tonjit in One Piece.
