Miss Dream was a mysterious girl who was associated with the Dead Moon Circus in Sailor Moon SuperS - Yume Senshi - Ai - Eien ni.... She was kept prisoner by Zirconia, who forced the girl to use her powers for the Dead Moon's benefit, and was looked down upon and harassed by the other circus performers.
As her name suggested, Miss Dream had power over dreams, and used her powers to search for Pegasus at Zirconia's demand. After the Outer Senshi stopped her from invading Chibiusa's dreams, they thought that she might be Sailor Saturn and were determined to kill her. Usagi, however, felt sorry for the girl, and was determined to save her.
Using Pegasus' power, Sailor Chibi Moon and Tuxedo Mask entered Miss Dream's heart in order to see who she truly was, and were followed shortly afterwards by the Sailor Senshi. This turned out to be a trap by the Dead Moon, however, as the group found themselves under attack by Zirconia, Queen Nehellenia, and Miss Dream herself. After Tuxedo Mask gave his life to save the girl, Miss Dream began to awaken, but what happened after that point varied in the two musicals in which she appeared.
The original musical only showed Miss Dream as a normal girl at the end, leaving it ambiguous as to whether she truly awakened as Sailor Saturn, although Keiko Takeda was credited as playing "Sailor Saturn" in the cast list. In the revision, however, she transformed into Sailor Saturn and used her powers to aid the Sailor Senshi.

- In the cast list of Sailor Moon SuperS - Yume Senshi - Ai - Eien ni..., the character was referred to as simply "Nazo no Shoujo" (謎の少女; Mysterious Girl), but she called herself "Miss Dream" in the musical itself.
