Kuroi (lit. "black well" - a pun for "black") was a live-action-only character who appeared in Act Zero as a policeman at a substation in Azabu-Juuban.
He appeared to be the leader of the four and had a strong sense of justice. He did get into trouble when he called Hanako "Tamako" and was accused of sexual harrassment.

- Shiroi was played by Akira Kubodera, who also played Kunzite in the regular TV series. All four of the actors who played the Shitennou had cameo roles as police officers in Act Zero.
