Kiho Seishi
Kiho Seishi (星沙紀帆), born in Wakayama, Japan, was the second actress to play Haruna Sakurada/Manegin in the Sailor Moon musicals. Her first performance was in Sailor Moon - Gaiden Dark Kingdom Fukkatsu Hen (Kaiteiban) and her last musical was the Sailor Moon Super Spring Festival.
