Katsumi Tamegai
Katsumi Tamegai (爲我井克美) was an animation director for all five seasons of the Sailor Moon anime. Notable episodes featuring his animation direction include the death of Rubeus, the first episode of SuperS, and the first and last episodes of Sailor Stars. His final episode was episode 200.
He was also in charge of character design for Sailor Stars, and drew the covers for that season's LaserDiscs.
