Hisao Egawa (江川央生), born September 13, 1962, in Tokyo, Japan, is a Japanese voice actor who played numerous minor roles throughout the first three seasons of the Sailor Moon anime. His other anime roles include Geki in GaoGaiGar, Darumos in Konjiki no Gash Bell!!, Kuroobi in One Piece, Fukusuke Hikyakuya in Naruto, Goson in Twelve Kingdoms, and Rhinos in Shining Force Neo. He is also the voice of Falco Lombardi from the Star Fox game series.
