Hiromi Matsushita
Hiromi Matsushita (松下浩美) was an animation director for the first season of the Sailor Moon anime. Notable episodes featuring his animation direction include the first episode and the episode featuring the animation studio making a Sailor V anime (in which a character based on him was the Youma's target).
