The Death Busters were an evil organization whose goal was to bring Pharaoh 90, an immensely powerful being capable of decimating worlds, from the Tau Star System to the Earth. Their forces were commanded by Professor Souichi Tomoe, a human scientist possessed by the Daimon Germatoid, and later Mistress 9, the Messiah of Silence.

- In the Italian dub, the Death Busters were called the "Esercito del Silenzio" (Army of Silence). In the French dub, they were the "Conquérants de l'Abime" (Conquerors of the Abyss).
