Chika Sakamoto
Chika Sakamoto (坂本千夏), real name Chinatsu Ishihara (石原千夏), born August 17, 1959, in Tokyo, Japan, is a voice actress who played Kou Yaten/Sailor Star Healer in the Sailor Moon anime. She also provided the voice of Perle in the Sailor Moon SuperS movie. Some of her other anime roles include Mei Kusakabe in My Neighbor Totoro, Nuriko in Fushigi Yuugi, and Kuro-chan in Cyborg Kuro-chan.
