The Capture Gun was a weapon used by Eudial in the anime to extract Pure Heart Crystals. The Gun could shoot a ball of dark energy, which when it struck the target's chest would force the Pure Heart out of the body.
It was stated in episode 110 that the extraction of a Pure Heart in that way could result in death if the victim was already weakened.
